Booking Policy

Deposit info:

A $20 non refundable deposit must be received via e-transfer within 3 hours after booking to secure your appointment.

The deposit will go towards your total balance

Late/Rescheduling

24 hour-notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

20 minutes late is considered NO SHOW and the appointment will be cancelled.

$10 late fee applies after 15 mins if i can still take you in.

How to prepare for your appointment:

Remove eye products on lashes and near eye such as sunscreen, lash glue, mascara, eye shadow, or a $10 removal/cleaning fee will apply.

Avoid wearing contacts.

please plan to arrive on time and no guests are allowed.

Retention is 50/50 and different from everyone due to hormones, natural skin oil, lash growth, weather, lifestyles…
